Legacy Fund Silent Auction
Details:
A fund has been established in conjunction with Parkside High School and the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board to support students of Parkside with bursaries and awards for excellence in achievement. All 50th event net proceeds go towards Parkside’s Legacy Fund to support today’s and tomorrow’s students.
In addition to donations, Parkside Legacy Fund’s Silent Auction is actively seeking quality items or services to put up for auction. All net proceeds for the Auction go toward student awards and bursaries.
Be creative with your contribution. All contributions should have an actual or perceived value of a minimum of $50.00. Examples of items:
- Electronics, home furnishings
- Home or office party catering
- Original art, photographs
- Services or products from your company
Dates:
Before May 1: Silent Auction contribution confirmation
May 25: All items required to coordinator
May 29: Silent Auction during the Birthday Party at the Arena 7:00-10:00pm

Listing in the P50 Legacy Fund Silent Auction Preview Booklet to be posted online and in the Registration Kit.
