Details:
Any event of this magnitude needs many volunteers to help make it a success. We have a very dedicated core committee preparing the details of the weekend. Now we need your help at the various events.
Volunteers most needed for the following. There will be short shifts so you can pick a time that suits you. Email us for a complete list of volunteer opportunities, responsibilities and shifts:
- Decorating Committee/Memory Lanes: Required the week before the event
- Welcome Volunteers: Varies throughout the weekend
- Be Inspired Assembly: Thursday afternoon presenters/performers and those who will meet with students after the event
- Registration – Friday night/Saturday morning
- Welcome Back Pub – Friday night
- 5k Run/Walk – Saturday morning
- Basketball/Volleyball – Saturday
- Open Mic Music Lounge – Saturday afternoon
- 50th Birthday Bash & Dance – Saturday Night
- Family Picnic in the Park - Sunday
Includes:
Training and a volunteer T-Shirt
Student volunteers will be eligible for required High School Community Hours. Students must volunteer for a minimum of four hours to be eligible.
